THM Capital Advisory is supporting WeKare in raising its second round of financing.

Activity

WeKare offers liberal health professionals the opportunity to rent turnkey medical practices in a flexible manner (starting from one day per week). The offer also includes contractual services (appointment scheduling, administrative, administrative, accounting, training, etc.) in order to allow practitioners to devote themselves fully to their patients.

WeKare already operates around thirty offices in 5 centers in Paris, with an occupancy rate of over 90% and a high contribution to structural costs.

Objectives

After an initial financing round of €1 million in 2022, WeKare is raising €2 million from private investors to duplicate its model and accelerate its deployment in Paris and in the regions. WeKare aims to open more than 800 offices within 5 years in order to network the French territory.
