I started my professional career in investment funds, with more than twenty years of experience as an investor at Paribas, at 3i in London and then in Paris, then as a partner at Edmond de Rothschild and H.I.G. Capital. As an investor, I have carried out around sixty transactions there.
In 2013, I founded THM Capital Advisory, which I focused on the health sector starting in 2017.
Since then, we have advised around thirty transactions.
I am a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
After starting out at the international law firm SG Archibald, I worked as Director of Licensing at Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics (now Bio-Rad) and then as Vice President Business Development at Cellectis.
For twelve years, I then managed Gustave Roussy Transfert, the Institute's subsidiary dedicated to technology transfer through licensing and the creation of start-ups. In 2019, I founded AttleVa Conseils.
This company specializes in innovation consulting for academic research centers (Unicancer, Institut Claudius Regaud, Hôpital Marie Lannelongue, Institut Curie, IHU re Connect) as well as in fundraising and business development for biotechs (such as Adipopharma) and medtechs.
Holder of a Master 2 in international trade law, with a double competence including an LL.M in Swedish law, I completed my university studies with financial training at ESCP Business School.
I joined THM Capital Advisory as an Analyst in 2021. This store offers me the opportunity to evolve within a successful team and to offer our customers the best strategies thanks to fine market expertise.
I quickly benefitted from strong exposure and expanded responsibilities across all of our mandates.
To date, I have supported transactions in various fields such as Medtech, Biotech, Digital Health, Health Services, or even the Consolidation of medical specialties such as radiology.

I started my career as a medical oncologist at the CH in Bligny, then at the Gustave Roussy Institute. For more than twenty years, I then worked in various medical departments at the Lederle, Wyeth-Ayerst and Chugai laboratories.
After leading a marketing and sales team, I took over the presidency of Chugai Pharma France for over ten years.
During my career, I supported the development and launch of a dozen innovative drugs in oncology, hematology, as well as for chronic inflammatory pathologies and rare diseases.
In 2021, I founded TG Innov Santé Conseil in order to put my strategic expertise at the service of start-ups in the health sector.
I am a doctor of medicine, specializing in medical oncology.
I joined THM Capital Advisory as an Analyst after an initial internship experience within the team, as well as a stint in M&A at Société Générale.
At THM, I am involved in the various stages of the M&A and Fundraising processes, with direct exposure to the various stakeholders. I work on various topics related to the health sector, covering a wide variety of situations and transactional issues.
I graduated from Sciences Po Paris (Master Finance and Strategy) and from King's College London.
After starting my career as an associate research professor, I held several leadership positions at Sanofi, The Medicines Company, and Abbott Vascular, covering pharmacology research, medical leadership, and business development.
From 2013 to 2022, I worked as Medical Director and Vice President of Medical R&D at Air Liquide.
With this solid expertise, in 2022 I founded HealthScience2life and JFRG Consulting, two R&D consulting companies specifically dedicated to the health sector.
Graduated in medicine in Colombia, I also hold a doctorate in Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of Paris and I completed specialized training in Interventional Cardiology at the Sorbonne.
I spent a large part of my career with the Servier Group, where I worked for 18 years. There, I first held the position of Managing Director for subsidiaries in Brazil, Argentina and Italy, before taking on the global management of Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access for subsidiaries in Brazil, Argentina and Italy.
I then managed the French subsidiary of the Mediolanum group.
Since 2017, I have advised pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, as well as their investors, in their development strategies and takeover transactions.
I am also a member of the Angels Santé selection committee and I sit on the strategic committees of three innovative companies in the sector.
I am a doctor by training and hold a DEA in Cardiovascular Pharmacology.
After several experiences in the pharmaceutical industry at the Pierre Fabre and Servier laboratories, I joined Alira Health to build a solid expertise in strategy and M&A. I worked as an advisor to large companies and investors in the life sciences sector.
For the past three years, I have been managing BTHT, an international network with thousands of experts in more than sixty countries, exclusively dedicated to health. We support consultants and investors by offering them tailor-made connections with the best specialists for their projects requiring cutting-edge external expertise.
A pharmacist by training, I completed my scientific studies with a Master's degree in management at ESSEC Business School.
