1Healthmedia, the first omni-channel media group in human and animal health (publishing, training, e-learning and services), founded by Julien Kouchner in 2018. The group had already made several structuring acquisitions: the editions of Le Moniteur des Pharmacies and Le Point Vétériel (2018), Buena Media Plus — 30 Millions d'Amis, L'Essentiel, Petmarket (2019) — and the assets of Initiatives Santé, positioned on nurses and dentistry (2019).
