Buyer

NGI Group, through its subsidiary NEHS Digital, a digital health player developing digital solutions for health institutions and medical professionals.

Objectives

For the transferor, strategic refocusing of its activities.

For the purchaser, acquisition of a remote surveillance platform in order to strengthen its digital offer, in particular in response to the growing requirements of ARS tenders in terms of remote patient monitoring.
