The JRO (Ophthalmological Reflections Days), an annual ophthalmology conference of reference in France, are the main active event; JBH Santé also organizes congresses/symposiums in regions on specific ophthalmology topics.

Shareholders of JBH Santé, including Emmanuelle Gorsse (director) and 3 active private shareholders, who took over the company in 2021.

Buyer

France Conventions, which organizes leading exhibitions in contemporary art (Art Paris) and real estate (Sibca, Salon de l'Immobilier Bas Carbone), enters the health market through the acquisition of JBH Santé.

Objectives

Crystallization of significant added value for the sellers 2 years after the acquisition, after having significantly improved EBITDA.
