JBH Santé organizes medical conferences and fairs and publishes specialized journals, mainly in ophthalmology, but also in rheumatology and gynecology.

In particular, the company is behind the JRO (Journées de Réflexions Ophtalmologiques), a leading annual conference in France, and also develops regional and digital events for health professionals.

Transferor

Jacques Halimi, rheumatologist, founder of JBH Santé, who developed the company for more than 20 years and wanted to organize its transfer in view of his retirement.

Buyer

Event Invest, an investment holding company led by Emmanuelle Gorsse, a recognized professional in the organization of fairs and congresses, accompanied by co-investors specializing in events.

Objectives

Allow the transferor to organize its transfer in good conditions and to ensure the sustainability of the company.

For the purchaser, take over a recognized platform for the organization of medical events in order to continue its development and capitalize on its sectoral expertise.
