THM Capital Advisory advises the founder of LENREK INFORMATIQUE on the sale of the company to GROUPE FIDECIEL

THM Capital Advisory advised Franck Wynen, founder and sole shareholder of Lenrek Informatique, a long-standing player and pioneer in hospital patient flow management, on the sale of the company to Groupe Fideciel.

Founded nearly twenty years ago, Lenrek has developed a comprehensive software suite covering the key areas of hospital flow management: predictive bed management, patient portering, medical transportation and bio-cleaning management. The company currently supports around fifty healthcare facilities in optimizing their operations, improving patient flow and managing periods of hospital capacity pressure.

Following the sale process led by THM Capital Advisory, Groupe Fideciel emerged as the ideal partner for Franck Wynen, who commented: “In my view, Groupe Fideciel is the best possible shareholder for Lenrek. The Group intends to build a leading position in hospital flow management based on Lenrek’s software portfolio, shares my long-term vision and benefits from a strong financial base.”

Groupe Fideciel, a leading French provider of vertical software solutions, generated consolidated revenue of €38 million in 2025. The Group operates across several markets, including healthcare, where it has a particularly strong presence in software solutions dedicated to medical transportation providers and medical equipment.

Philippe Issart, Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Fideciel, commented on the acquisition: “Our Group, already a leader in software solutions for medical transportation providers, is now extending its expertise to healthcare facilities in order to cover the entire value chain. Lenrek represents the cornerstone of this new business unit.”

To ensure a smooth management transition, Franck Wynen will continue to lead Lenrek throughout its integration phase, before remaining involved in the governance and strategic development of this new business unit.
